For Aura Miralles, education has never simply been a profession. It has been the center of her life for more than three decades.
Her journey in education began in Venezuela in 1992, where she built her career in education, academic leadership, and school administration. After moving to the United States, she continued her professional path in Florida beginning in 2008, completing credential validation, additional studies, and ongoing professional development in early childhood education.
Today, as Owner and Head of Education at Bufi Preschool, Aura brings more than 34 years of experience into the daily life of the school. Her background as an educator, administrator, school leader, and mother has shaped Bufi's educational philosophy: children deserve an environment where they are not only taught, but also understood, encouraged, challenged, and genuinely cared for.

Aura holds an Advanced Director Credential, with VPK and Trauma endorsements, along with formal education verification through the State of Florida.

After more than 34 years in education, Aura believes children learn best when they feel safe, loved, respected, and confident.
